DuPont Tyvek® pouches come in flat, 3D and reel formats.
Tyvek is 8‑times stronger than equal‑weight or heavier medical packaging paper. With great puncture resistance, it resists piercing from sharp, irregular edges of surgical instruments.
Supported sterilization: Ethylene Oxide (EtO) and Gamma irradiation. Contact us for other sterilization requirements.
Self‑sealing sterilization pouches are made of medical dialysis paper and PET/CPP laminated film. Pre‑applied medical adhesive strip enables manual sealing **without heat sealer**. Compatible with EO and steam autoclave sterilization. Built‑in sterilization indicator, good microbial barrier, clean tear‑off edge without paper debris. Widely used for dental, aesthetic, clinic and lab instrument packaging. Custom sizes & printing are available.
Product Material: Dupont Tyvek® medical paper + PET/PE composite film
Dupont Tyvek® Reel Pouch is available in multiple product forms, including flat reel pouches and paper‑film reel pouches.
Tyvek® features eight‑times higher strength than medical‑grade packaging papers of equal or higher basis weight. It delivers excellent puncture resistance; even irregular edges and sharp cutting edges of many surgical instruments can hardly puncture it.

Dupont Tyvek® Reel Pouch is available in multiple configurations, including flat reel pouches and three‑dimensional reel pouches.
Tyvek® delivers eight‑fold higher strength compared to medical‑grade packaging papers of equal or higher basis weight. It features outstanding puncture‑resistance; even irregular edges and sharp cutting edges of many surgical instruments are unlikely to puncture the material.
